We believe in the quality of our coaching. If you are not satisfied with our course, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase, provided you have viewed less than 10% of the course content.

1. Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:

• Request is made within 7 days of enrollment.
• Course content consumption is less than 10% of total lectures.
• Mock tests have not been attempted more than 2 times.
• Study materials have not been downloaded selectively in bulk.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will NOT be provided if:

• 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
• User has consumed more than 10% of the course.
• The purchase was made during a special sale or using a limited-time coupon code.
• Subscription based plans are not eligible for partial refunds.

2. Process of Refund

To request a refund, please send an email to reenavijaykante@gmail.com with your enrollment details and reason for the refund. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

3. Disputes

In case of any discrepancies or disputes, the decision of the Srishti Defence Academy management will be final and binding.
